Reservations
Reservations may be made by telephone or Email with a 50% deposit required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is allowed up 30 days prior to arrival and your deposit will be refunded less a $50 service charge. If notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to arrival, a 2 nights stay will charged. No show reservations will be charged in full.
Security Deposit
A $500 security deposit, damage/extra cleaning deposit, is required
prior to check in when renting the whole house (R500). This can be in the form a credit card authorization
or by cash. Provided that there are no damages and/or extra charges (such as excessinve cleaning), credit
card authorization or cash deposit will be returned usually within 5-7
working days. Should damages exceed the security deposit we reserve the
right to charge the renters account the remaining balance.
Rates are quoted per unit per night based on maximum occupancy and do
not include 8% NH Rooms and Meals Tax
