Reservations
Reservations may be made by telephone or Email with a 50% deposit being required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
All reservations are subject to a $25 non-refundable fee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is allowed up 30 days prior to arrival and your deposit will be refunded less a $50 service charge. If notice of cancellation ids received less than 30 days prior to arrival, a 2 nights stay will charged. No show reservations will be charged in full.
Security Deposit
A $500 security deposit/damage deposit is required prior to check in. This can be in the form a credit card authorization or by cash. Provised that there are no damaged and extra charges, credit card authorization and cash deposits will be returned usually within 5-7 working days. Should damages exceed the security deposit the right to charge the renters account accordingly.
Rates are quoted per unit per night based on maximum occupancy and do not include 8% NH Rooms and Meals Tax
